Search the place or tap the map, then choose the days you're considering and sunset or sunrise.

  2. Step 2

Get the minute and the odds

The exact minute to ask, the sun's direction on the map, where your photographer stands, and the rain odds for each day.

  3. Step 3

    Send it to your photographer

One private link with no names. We re-check the forecast every morning, pick the backup day and email you if the best day moves.

Before you start

How exact is the time?

Sun times are calculated for your pin to the minute and checked against a public sunrise-sunset service. Hills and tall buildings can hide the sun earlier, so the plan tells you how high the sun is at your minute and which way to check for open sky.

Will my partner see anything?

Only if they see your email. The plan link has no name on it, and it's private unless you share it.

Why monthly and not a one-time fee?

Most proposals are planned 2 to 4 weeks ahead and the forecast changes every day. Your month covers the daily re-checks right up to the day. Cancel when you're engaged.

Where does the weather come from?

From the Open-Meteo forecast, up to 16 days ahead. Farther out, we show how often it has rained on that date in past years and say clearly it is history, not a forecast.

The backup day, picked for you

Every morning at 6, your plan checks the newest forecast for each of your days. When rain moves in, it picks a new main day, keeps a backup ready and tells you why, in plain words.

The day before, you get the final plan: when to arrive, the minute to ask, where everyone stands and the weather now.

You picked the ring. Now pick the light.
